What the service is
KrishiFlow is an Android application and web service used by sugarcane harvesting and
transport contractors to run a crushing season: recording every trip of cane carried from
field to sugar factory, the harvesters and vehicles used, fuel and maintenance costs,
billing to sugar factories, payments to fuel and service vendors, driver and employee
ledgers, and season-long reporting. It works offline in the field and syncs when a
connection returns, in English, Hindi and Marathi.
Pricing
- Monthly — ₹499 per month.
- Yearly — ₹4,999 per year.
Every new account begins with a free trial and no payment details are collected to start
it. Subscriptions do not auto-renew and there is no standing mandate — the customer starts
each payment themselves. KinetixIQ Technologies is not registered under GST, being below the
prescribed turnover threshold, so no GST is charged. A payment receipt is emailed for every
payment.
What the payment gateway is used for
Razorpay is used solely to collect these subscription fees from our own registered
customers, on this website. Payments are one-time, customer-initiated, for our own software
service. We do not sell physical goods, we do not collect payments on behalf of any third
party, and there is no marketplace, wallet or payout facility in the product.
